Analysis + solution design
Based on the input, we developed an analysis and, above all, tests for optimal automation design and maximum efficiency. The tests revealed the project’s weaknesses and potential risks. Thanks to these tests, we were able to design a system for the automated cinnamon and nutmeg packing that meets both customer requirements.
Result
The result of our cooperation with the customer is the application of long-term experience in automation to increase the efficiency of the production process. The line is designed to achieve maximum performance in combination with the existing equipment it has been connected to as an extension. The equipment is built so that when the production changes from cinnamon to nutmeg or vice versa, it takes only a very short time to changeover the necessary parts and change the program for the desired production.
