We take an innovative approach to the processing and joining of plastic tubes. The solutions we design for our clients allow them to effectively achieve full process automation, increasing both efficiency and quality of production. We always use our unique 3D printed moulds as the basis, supplemented by downstream technologies (ovens, coolers, robots, conveyors, etc.).
In addition to forming and bending, we also offer highly functional solutions for joining tubes and hoses.
Thermoforming line
Conveyor
We offer tailor-made modular conveyor solutions in accordance with space availability and customer requirements.
Cooling / temperature control
Our solution enables a controlled process of gradual cooling tailored to the technological requirements of the customer. Cooling can be active or passive, for example on a conveyor system.
Robotic moulding
We offer a patented solution for easy fitting of tubes and hoses into moulds made using 3D printing technology. This solution has the added benefit of repeatability and increased product quality.
Output tray
An optional extension of the line, output trays are available for the storage of manufactured parts. Thanks to the output trays, the line is fully automatic and only minimal operator involvement is required.
3D moulds
We offer 3D printed moulds made of composite material (grade 316 stainless steel + bronze), which have excellent conductive properties.
The advantage of the moulds produced in this way is high precision and dimensional stability. 3D printed moulds are also suitable for automation.
Oven
We offer modular ovens for different types of materials, which can be operated at different temperatures. It is a modular solution featuring the possibility of individual oven length and temperature.
