Metal tube processing
We cover the entire spectrum of activities in metal tube processing and joining. Our area of expertise is tube end forming; we offer forming machines for all key applications such as spinning, bulging and beading.
Solutions for cutting, bending and soldering metal tubes are available as well.
Our machines for these applications can be powered either hydraulically or fully electrically. They are highly efficient in terms of both speed and energy consumption. They allow for 2–6 step solutions as well as full automation.
Metal tube processing
Cutting, end forming
Our equipment can cut smooth or bellows tubes from the winding in required lengths from 40 mm and diameters from 8 mm to 25 mm. We are capable of cutting on both the crest and the root of bellows tubes with a cutting accuracy of ±0.2 mm.
The end forming machines are available in a wide range of designs from 2 to 6 steps in hydraulic and fully electric versions. We offer forming machines for all key applications such as spinning, bulging and beading.
Crimping
Crimping machines are used to join metal tubes and rubber hoses. These are mostly hydraulic machines. But we also have a completely new patented technology for electric crimping. The machine can have one or two crimping heads.
Beading
Metal tube beading machines are available in electric and hydraulic versions according to the material specification. A pneumatic type machine for plastic tubes is also available. We can perform beading on tubes with a diameter of 5 mm. The machine design can be single or double.
Bending
Both single and double head bending machines are suitable for forming fuel, brake or air conditioning distribution lines. Full integration into automated lines is possible.
Drilling, soldering
High-frequency drilling provides a clean and efficient way to create holes in defined part locations. Multiple holes can be drilled simultaneously. Thanks to the high-frequency drilling technology, no burrs or splinters are formed, the dust produced during drilling is sucked out and the process is therefore as clean and safe as possible.
Induction soldering is an efficient and stable technology in solder joint processing. Induction or flame soldering machines can be used for tube block soldering, tube end soldering, soldering of coaxial modules, valve housings, etc.
Connector bolting
We offer automated valve bolting, block bolting and other operations.
