Baking Industry
We deliver lines for the production of moulded bread and other high-volume bakery products to our clients in the baking industry. For confectioners, we have solutions suitable for the cake, pie and other high-volume confectionery production lines.

Conveyors
We supply a range of conveyor designs in accordance with customer requirements. Our portfolio includes belt, modular and chain conveyor systems, depending on the specific application.
Bread unmoulding
Bread unmoulding is done either by a mechanical mould transfer machine, which is made according to the specification of the particular moulds, or by a robot.
Mould cooling
The cooling of the moulds can be passive, with the moulds being cooled only by airflow from fans, or they can be cooled actively. Cooling can be divided into temperature zones in order to make it gradual.
Automatic removal of dirty moulds and loading of clean ones
The system for removing dirty moulds and replacing them with clean moulds is based on the evaluation of signals from sensors or camera systems. If the mould is poorly cleaned or the bread is stuck to the mould and cannot be removed, it is discarded from the process and replaced with a new clean mould.
Oven loading + sprinkling
Oven loading conveyors are designed and manufactured with higher heat resistance. Additional accessories, such as providing extra sprinkling after rising just before baking, can be added.
Dough dividing + sprinkling
Dough dividing into the moulds is controlled automatically according to the line cycle time. Depending on the production process, the moulds can be sprinkled with seeds and other ingredients either before or after the dough is inserted.
Proofer loading
Proofers are loaded automatically using a cross conveyor or mechanical transfer according to the line specification and customer requirements.
Proofers
Proofers are designed and built in various versions, whether they are spiral, paternoster or continuous. We always choose a variant according to the space and technological possibilities and requirements.
